Coilcraft Release New Enhanced 1005 and 1608 Scale Chip Ceramic Inductors
Recently enhanced from Coilcraft are the new 0402HP (1005) and 0603HP (1608) device families which can handle twice the current of their nearest competitor, with a third less DCR and much higher Q factors. Ideal applications are in PAs, filters or antenna matching applications; anywhere needing maximum current, high Q and minimum loss. They are the same sizes as the popular Coilcraft CS series.
Features (402HP (1005) Ceramic Chip Inductors)
- Inductance values from 1.0 to 220 nH
- Exceptional current handling capability – up to 2300 mA
- Very high Q – up to 105 at 1.7 GHz!
- SRF values as high as 16 GHz
- RoHS-compliant – 260°C compatible. Silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations
- COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
- Samples available in Designer's Kits C403A (1 - 18 nH) and C403B (19 - 220 nH)

- Exceptionally high Q – up to 154 at 1.7 GHz!

- Excellent current handling capability – up to 2100 mA

- COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
