Coilcraft Power over Ethernet Transformers for Silicon Laboratories Si3400 PD Controller
New from Coilcraft are a range of flyback transformers which are aimed at the Power over Ethernet application market, the flagship devices developed specifically for Silicon Laboratories Si3400 PoE PD controller.
They are designed to operate at 400 kHz with an input of 36 - 72 Volts, and to remain in continuous conduction mode above 3 W. FA2671-AL provides 3.3 V output, FA2672-AL provides 5.0 V and FA2732-AL provides 12.0 V.
Features include split primaries for low leakage inductance; dual-wound secondaries; 1500 Vrms isolation between the primary and secondary windings; and a compact, industry-standard EP10 package.
