Features
e2v's family of 8, 10 and 12-bit A/D converters has grown to include sampling rates from 500 Msps to 5Gsps; all without the need for added off-chip external interleaving techniques. e2v ADC's provide receiver designers with market leading high linearity, ENOB and dynamic range coupled with analog bandwidths from 1GHz to over 3GHz for true high IF sampling.
The 12-500 Msps ADC is the latest in e2v's quest for both high linearity & high dynamic range. Featuring 72 dB SFDR in 2nd Nyquist, digital control and low 2.3W power consumption, the AT84AS001TP offers designers peace of mind when confronted with receiver system speed limits.
