e2v is expanding its range of high reliability microprocessors and peripherals. Due to a strategic relationship with Freescale and Tundra paired with in house die banking and advanced testing technology e2v are able to offer a wide range of processors to extended temperature range and with extended lifecycles.
These devices are available with leaded solder in Plastic BGAs, to satisfy lower cost solutions in high reliability environments.
Extensive extended temperature packaging experience enables e2v to match the thermal characteristics of the board material with the devices, yielding exemplary 2nd-level reliability.
Life spans up to 20 years, consistent with long term support essential in the Mil/Aero marketplace.
