GSI Technology’s SynchBurstTM, NBTTM, SigmaQuadTM, and SigmaDDRTMare ready for customer orders now
GSI’s “M” temperature range product catalogue now includes SynchBurstTM, NBTTM, SigmaQuadTM, and SigmaDDRTM Double data rate fast SRAMs with sizes from 9Mbit to 144Mbit. All GSI military temperature range products provide fully compliant IEEE 1149.1 JTAG for in-system debugging. In addition several new GSI SRAMs offer on-chip error detection and correction (ECC) for applications requiring very high data integrity.
GSI has offered a robust range of Military SRAM products for many years on a custom basis these are now being offered as a standard range.
