Intersil ISL21070CIH320 25μA Micropower Voltage References
The ISL21070 voltage references are analog voltage references featuring low supply voltage operation at ultra-low 25μA max operating current.
Additionally, the ISL21070 family features guaranteed initial accuracy as low as ±0.2% and 30ppm/°C temperature coefficient. These references are ideal for general purpose applications for performance at lower cost. The ISL21070 is provided in an industry standard 3 Ld SOT-23 pinout.
The ISL21070 offers output voltages that can be used as precision voltage sources for control loops, standby voltages for low power states for DSP, FPGA, Datapath Controllers, Microcontrollers and other core voltages: 0.600V, 2.048V, 2.5V, and 3.3V.
