The HW includes the base board with power and JTAG, USB port and serial port; the addon module with Flash and SRAM memory and the LatticeFPGA XP20C!

The design includes 8051 µP IP core in VHDL, Flash controller and the TFT timing engine.

Preprogramed are some colour pictures, PAULmon and a small application example which uses the push buttons and the touch control feature of the Display.

No external display is needed.
