MAXQ8913:16-Bit Mixed-Signal Microcontroller with Op Amps, ADC, DACs for All-in-One Servo Loop Control
MAXQ8913 is a device designed for dual axis optical image stabilization (OIS) application, but can be used in many other types of servo control.
This device integrate an high performance 16-bit RISC microcontroller plus several analog peripheral: 7-channel 12-bit ADC, dual 10-bit differential DAC, dual 8-bit single-end DAC, temperature sensor, two current sink and four operational amplifier.
MAXQ8913 incorporate several memory areas:
- 4kB utility ROM
- 64kB of flash memory for program storage
- 16-level stack memory
Digital peripheral include: three 16-bit programmable Timer, USART, I2C, SPI Master/Slave and programmable watchdog.
Device is able to operate with a supply voltage from 2.7V to 3.6V with a power consumption of 3mA(max) at 3.3V, for the ultimate in low-power performance, MAXQ8913 provide a low-power sleep mode, the ability to selectively disable peripherals and multiples power saving operating modes.
Device is available in a 2.89mm x 4.15mm 58 WLP package, tested in industrial operating temperature range (from -40°C to +85°C).
Development tools for MAXQ family microcontroller are available from IAR System (IAR Embedded Work Bench) and from Rowley Asociates (CrossWorks for MAXQ).
