Applilet2 is a source code generator that allows the user to rapidly create all of the CPU, peripheral and interrupt control and initialisation routines from a simple and easy to use graphical user interface. The Applilet2 software will automatically check for consistency to ensure that no contention is allowed between the multi-function settings available within the broad range of NEC microcontrollers. Applilet2 will create all of the source code and header files required for the relevant application as well as the complete project workspaces for both the IAR and where applicable Greenhills platforms.
Complex peripheral configurations can be performed in a few minutes by the use of extensive dialogue boxes providing significant time savings during product development. Users can insert there own code within the project and this will not be modified by the code generator.

With the Applilet2 software the user can reduce the development cycle time significantly and always generate reusable and reliable c source code that is optimised for the NEC range of microcontrollers.
