The entire V850 family covers more than nine series specific for different applications, with each series having several sub-series to support high-end to low-end system design. Introducing V850LPC J Series - Low Pin Count
With a new range of low pin count devices available in small WQFN and FBGA packages, V850LPC/ J Series offers a complete platform line-up with total flexibility of choice in terms of performance, memory, features such as ultra low power consumption, from 16KB to 256KB of highly secure Flash, and wide-ranging connectivity options from USB2.0 Host & Function or Ethernet to a huge number of other serial interfaces on-chip. And it's all supported by a rich eco system offering development tools, middleware, 3rd party alliances and vibrant online engineering communities.

The V850LPC J Series includes three families with added low power and connectivity features:
V850LPC/Jx3-L
- 16KB to 256KB Flash, 8KB to 16KB RAM
- Just 12mA in Run, 7mA in Sleep with peripherals on, 1.2uA in Stop & 1uA in RTC backup
- Supply voltage down to 2.0V
- Accurate hard RTC with independent power pins
Note: Jx3-L range also available in 80/100/144-pin LQFP, upto 1MB Flash / 80KB RAM
V850LPC/Jx3-H
- 16KB to 256KB Flash, 8KB to 24KB RAM
- USB2.0 Full-speed (12Mbps) function built-in
- PPON (VBUS power supply output), OCI (over current detection) pin input
- Free of charge software drivers & protocol stacks
Note: Jx3-H USB2.0 function & Jx3-U USB2.0 Host also available in 100/128-pin LQFP
V850LPC/Jx3-E
- 64KB to 256KB Flash, 32KB to 64KB RAM
