C8051F340 and C8051F326-27 USB Microcontrollers

The new C8051F34x family from Silicon Laboratories includes a high-speed pipelined 8051- compatible MCU core operating up to 48 MIPS with 64 kB of on-board Flash memory and 4352 bytes of RAM.

The C8051F326 and C8051F327 devices address the cost sensitive full-speed USB market without sacrificing performance.

They incorporate a 25 MIPS core and an optimized set of digital and analog peripherals.


All USB products are USB 2.0 compliant, supporting both low-speed and full-speed operation. The new microcontrollers include an on-chip voltage regulator and physical layer transceiver for direct interface to the USB connection without the need for additional components.

 

They have an effective operating voltage range from 2.7 to 5.25 V and can accommodate a wide variety of applications.
