Wireless and RF

Semtech provides fully integrated, short range wireless connectivity solutions, featuring outstanding low power consumption. The wireless RF products consist of RF transceiver, RF transmitter, and RF receiver components covering the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) band radio frequency spectrum from low kHz up to 1 GHz. Customers worldwide use these wireless RF ICs for applications such as automated wireless remote control, meter readers, wireless security systems, building automation equipment, and smart lighting systems.

Sensors and Signal Conditioners

Power Management

Semtech supplies a wide range of power management ICs used in telecommunications and industrial equipment, portable devices, computers, and networks. Touch Interface Products

Semtech offers the world's lowest power touch-interface solutions integrated with highly accurate ADCs for enhanced sensing performance. These ultra small, feature-rich touch controllers are optimized for a wide range of battery-powered, portable and industrial applications.

IO Expanders

General Purpose parallel Input/Output (GPIO) expanders are ideal for a wide range of applications, including industrial, medical and consumer, low power or handheld battery powered equipment. The IO expanders come in 4-, 8-, and 16-channels of IOs operating with a VDD range of 1.2V to 5.5V connecting easily to today’s low core voltage chipsets in without the need for level translating circuits, and operate from -40 to +85°C.

 

TVS Protection

Protect all your system interfaces
Semtech provides TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diodes that safeguard low voltage circuits against damage or latch-up caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), lightning, and other destructive voltage transients. The circuit protection products feature low clamping voltage, low capacitance, and low leakage current, meeting the industry’s toughest transient immunity standards, including those of IEC, ETSI, Bellcore 1089 and FCC part 68.

High Rel Discrete Semiconductors

Semtech supplies discrete semicondutors in axial or surface-mount discretes, or in various custom assembly configurations. The designs are rugged and in packages that are hermetic and varied in their overall function and construction. The discrete semiconductor product line ranges from single- to multi-phase devices in high-current/high-voltage configurations. Among their uses are power supplies, base stations, motor drives, medical, military and aerospace equipment. Custom devices are available.
Space Level Test Flow Screening Now Available!

Semtech Space Level Test Flow screening is now available for the Discrete Semiconductor Product line. This screening can be applied to both the standard QPL as well as QPL equivalent diodes that are manufactured in the DSCC certified production facility. Feel free to contact us for more details.
