Products

Using 0.25, 0.15, 0.13 and now, advanced 90nm copper process technology running on 12 inch wafers, GSI has created the broadest line of fast, low power, high density SRAMs in the industry. Nowhere else will you find the selection of configurations, number of packages, and choice of supply and interface voltages.

 

GSI Technology has several families of synchronous SRAMs, including No Bus Turnaround (NBT) and Synchronous Burst SRAMs. They also offer a full suite of SigmaRAM, SigmaQuad, SigmaQuad-II, SigmaCIO DDR-II, and SigmaSIO DDR-II SRAMs. Their product line is rounded out with the largest selection of asynchronous SRAMs available, most of which are the fastest and lowest power devices of their type in the world.

Newly introduced are the 72Mb and 36Mb SigmaQuad-II, SigmaCIO DDR-II, and SigmaSIO DDR-II SRAMs and the 72Mb Synchronous SRAMs into production.

 

GSI Technology SigmaQuad-II, SigmaCIO DDR-II, and SigmaSIO DDR-II SRAMs are fully compatible with all DDR and Separate I/O SRAMs offered by most competitors.
