The company is currently headquartered in Silicon Valley with product development in Santa Clara, Beijing, Shanghai and Hsinchu, and sales teams in North America, Europe and Asia.
Founded in April 2010 by former SST (Silicon Storage Technology, Inc.) chairman and CEO, Bing Yeh, Greenliant is a major supplier of solid state storage, controller and flash memory products to leading industrial, networking, automotive, medical and consumer electronics companies.

NANDrive™ Embedded SSDs
Greenliant’s award-winning NANDrive™ GLS85 Series consists of high-performance, fully integrated, embedded flash solid state drives for long-life, energy-efficient applications. These devices combine a NAND controller and NAND flash die in a small, multi-chip package to offer reliable and secure data storage for a wide range of embedded systems. By using standard interface protocols and built-in flash management firmware, NANDrive does not require any special host software. Available in commercial and industrial temperatures, NANDrive products have the same BGA pin-out across all capacities in each family for backward compatibility and simplifying board design.
NAND Controllers
Greenliant GLS55 Series NAND controllers intelligently manage the inherent deficiencies of NAND flash, taking this burden off of the host system and making the designer's job easier. Greenliant’s high-performance NAND controllers are the primary choice for NAND flash-based modules and solid state drives that require long product life, high reliability and low power consumption. All Greenliant NAND controllers are based on the company’s advanced NAND management technology, which provides high reliability, increased data integrity, powerful error correction capability, power-down protection and prolonged product life for data storage systems.
Specialty Flash Memory
Greenliant’s Specialty Flash Memory portfolio includes the GLS36 Series CSF™ (Concurrent SuperFlash™), GLS27 and GLS37 Series Many-Time Programmable and GLS29 Series SSF™ (Small-Sector Flash™) families. These products provide high performance, superior reliability of more than 100 years data retention, low power consumption and a small footprint, making them well-suited for space and power-constrained code storage applications.
