QP Semiconductor provides a broad array of DSCC certified standard products as well as custom solutions for military and high reliability applications. QP Semiconductor offers QML, SMD and MIL-STD-883 compliant products as well as full support for customer source controlled drawings (SCD's) and ASIC conversions. Products are manufactured from wafers purchased from the original manufacturer or from products that we re-engineer to the original manufacturers specifications and technology to provide exact form, fit and function drop-in replacements.

Products

Custom products consist of integrated circuit solutions we provide to customers in search of DMS or obsolete parts. We provide solutions by locating die/wafers from the original manufacturer and building the product to your package, electrical and reliability requirements. Additionally, QP Semiconductor manages a die banking program wherein discontinued products can be stored in wafer or die form at a fraction of the finished part cost and then can be built on-demand in any package or reliability option.

Transitional Qualified Manufacturers Listing (QML) Level Q Certification was originally granted by the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) on July 16, 1998.
Full Q Level certification was granted on July 17, 2003.
Full V Level certification for space level manufacturing flows was granted on November 10, 2004.

QML approved products include:
