Range Charger
The RangeCharger family includes power amplifiers and front-end ICs for cellular, cordless phones, Bluetooth class 1 & 2 devices and WLAN applications working in both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequency bands.
In addition SiGe has a family of transceivers ICs for WiMAX, which include dual IF and RF synthesizers, a high speed VGA, and a single pole double throw switch.
PointCharger
SiGe PointCharger GPS IC conserves space and power while enabling a full range of both fixed and portable devices with global positioning capabilities.
